Returns & exchanges

30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags. Exchanges are free; returns for refund are minus a $6 label fee. Limited drops and collaborations are exchange-only.

Where are the pieces made?

Blanks are sourced from ethical mills; every piece is printed and packed in Inglewood, CA.

When do drops release?

On the block first at a pop-up, then online the following Monday at 9am PT. The list gets early access.

Do you restock?

Core colors, yes. Limited drops and collaborations, no.

Can I buy in person?

Yes — at every event on the Events page, and by appointment at the shop.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes. See Custom Merchandise for teams, businesses and organizations.

How much goes back to the city?

A share of every sale funds local partners, artists and youth programs. We publish where it went each quarter in Stories.

Refund policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable; the $6 return label fee is deducted. Exchanges ship free. Limited drops and collaborations are exchange-only. Damaged or wrong items are replaced at no cost — contact us within 7 days with a photo.
