The Wood opened on Market Street in January 2020 as a BBQ restaurant and sports lounge, and quickly became the downtown spot to watch a game with a plate of smoked meat in front of you.
The menu leans on brisket, ribs, pulled pork and wings with house sauces, plus loaded fries and mac and cheese. It runs late on weekends and fills up on Rams, Chargers and Clippers nights. Closed Tuesdays.
