Thirty years of JAY-Z records are coming to one of the newest stadiums in America.
SoFi Stadium’s official calendar lists JAY-Z 30 for October 23 and October 24, 2026. For Be Inglewood, the two-night run is an obvious event page—but it should read differently from a ticket listing.
The first difference is place.
SoFi stands in Inglewood on the former Hollywood Park site, surrounded by a city whose entertainment history stretches through the Forum and much farther back. The Forum’s first event came in 1967; Inglewood itself incorporated in 1908, with roots reaching back through the nineteenth-century Centinela Ranch and Adobe.
That gives the night an easy before-and-after itinerary.
Start with where to eat near SoFi. Dulan’s, The Serving Spoon and Woody’s deliver longstanding local histories. Two Hommés, Banadir Somali, Little Belize and newer stadium-area options show a much broader contemporary food city.
For barbecue specifically, Woody’s and Phillips make an especially fitting old-school stop; use our Inglewood BBQ guide to choose.
30 YEARS OF MUSIC. A NIGHT IN INGLEWOOD.
Why Be Hollywood When You Can Be Inglewood?
Next, handle the practical part. SoFi recommends purchasing parking ahead and arriving early. Use the official JAY-Z event page for final entry, bag and transportation details, then keep our SoFi Stadium guide for the local context.
Visitors with daylight to spare can make Randy’s a first stop, then move toward the stadium. Visitors with more time should go downtown and see Market Street or read the Forum’s history before walking into a stadium that represents a completely different generation of arena design.
That contrast gives the article a better editorial frame than “everything you need to know.” JAY-Z’s catalog stretches across thirty years; Inglewood’s music and sports venues stretch across generations. The event becomes a reason to put those timelines in the same story.
The page should also be updated the morning after night one. Add original exterior crowd photos, a short note on traffic or restaurant demand and any official night-two logistics that changed. Do not turn the article into a concert review unless Be Inglewood actually attends and reports it.
For everything outside the stadium, finish with the Be Inglewood visitor guide.
